allt blev så bra och supergott! jag är stolt över mig själv!
this is the food I cooked for my birthday last Tuesday for me and a few friends.
1. hot sandwiches with mushroom stew, cherry tomatoes and dill spice.
2. the main course was the mustard and horseradish-marinated veg bites
(perfect for Christmas Eve!),
stew from the first one, dill potatoes and salad. so so so good!
3. and cake from a recipe with soft gingerbread and at the top Tofutti
(that is like feta cheese), mixed a little with vanilla sugar and cinnamon.
all the food was really good and I'm kind of proud of myself!
